Full disclosure, the two sketches on top are for ring, around the finger, and not anywhere else. Fingers can be tricky to draw sometimes ... Regarding the cap, I use my Wonder Woman newera cap as the basic template and apply Arbok's design on top of it, with its patterns replacing the 'WW' logo on the panel, the rope has the head's shape in the middle as well as on the bill and the whole cap have that beautiful purple shade as the primary colour. It would look awesome!
