"Endure the bad long enough to turn the page to see what happens next."

topic of the day 038 & quote of the day 001
Life is like a book full of chapters
What?
"Life seems to happen like chapters in a book. You can segment each era of your life this way.
Some chapters are good. Some are bad.
But know until you die the story isn't over. Endure the bad long enough to turn the page to see what happens next."
Who?
A popular Youtuber boogie2988, who suffered from a 'supposed' recent separation and the resulted positive bounced back if the above quotes and the visible transformation from his weight loss are to be considered.
How? Why?
When you are in the situation in the now, it is hard to view your life other than in ways it is affected by your current situation. If you take the time to take a step back and look at the bigger picture, you can as he said above view your life as chapters, whereby this particular one you're living right now is where you're experiencing hardship but when you take that next step and open up a new chapter in your life per say, you will view the negative experience as a much needed learning opportunity for you to learn from your mistakes and grow up to be a better human being.
Then?
Using the quote given by the user below, it is just like reliving your past life as if you're still there, whether you were on top of the world or going through the darkest moments in your life. If you can't move on from the past, you are stuck there and would not be able to evolve as a person and going through the pages of this book called "Life".
 So?
Sure motivating quotes from strangers on the internet would not mean anything if you don't stop for a moment and take the time to learn something from what they say. These quotes mean something because they speak out of experience and knowing that they've move on from something that heavy, that should at least motivate you to review your approach to your own life and maybe start to do something about it. What do you say?
Lesson Learned:
Hardship can be so debilitating when you're experiencing it in the moment but if you endure it just enough, there will be an opportunity for you to restart your life anew.
