Stumble into this podcast just when it's about to its strides and ultimately starting a new geek and pop culture empire and haven't stop since, I am proud to see Chris Hardwick with his best friends Jonah Ray and Matt Mira started this out of a whim by themselves after not getting any opportunity in the industry. Seeing where it is now and how far they've come, they certainly didn't see this coming but it is the results of their hard works to take matters into their own hands and make something from scratch hence where they are now. I believe the listeners could hear the sincerity in their voices as they have candid yet entertaining conversations among themselves and even celebrities from all walks of life and every part of the Hollywood. Even though we might not get as much 'Hostful' episodes as before and hear them share their lives and let us eavesdrop in, this bring up a new chapter for the podcast as the main host would drop the usually awkward interview approach but instead have a more natural and laidback talks with a celebrity one on one and let us know him/her better than any article could since sometimes words mean so much more when you hear a familiar voice behind them.

Candid and laidback conversation with wide range of famous guests from all walks of life with different background around the world, giving them a sense of security and let them talk naturally about anything in their lives to the benefit of the listeners.
As evidenced from his tenure as @midnight host, he is natural when leading the talk hence his new show Talking with Chris Hardwick was materialized. What more can come out from this podcast? He even get to write and direct a movie after talking to the Blumhouse CEO! Oh, I'm so proud to see where he is now ...

a podcast will always depends on who lead the conversation, whether by him-/herself or with other(s), and finding an audience that sync with the personality and perspective ... if you don't, then it's not for you but it is fortunate that there are literally thousands of alternatives to choose from.

now I miss the conversation the trio always have together but at least that means a lot more famous guests to hear from.
The hosts are genuinely a fan (of anything for that matter) and that come across in each episode, making them that much more relatable to the listeners who are fans themselves.
