You're not sorry for your actions, you're sorry you got caught.

what were said in secret...

Ah, I'm so mad!

There was a wrestling icon who was caught saying racist languages against the African Americans and suffered the consequences for years after that but now we knew that he actually make amends with the wrestling company he was previously affiliated to and was behind the stages in the recent Pay-Per-View event. Without knowing the details first, I thought that this was a good thing as he was trying to make up for his mistakes but when I knew the receptions by the current African American wrestlers on the roster were half and half, far than warm, I learned the real reasons why and I fully understand why they were so. Oh, really? Really?!

First of all, the remarks in question was caught in a hidden video camera whereby he was sleeping with his friend's wife (if I'm not mistaken) and it was a harsh reply to his daughter dating a black man, racist in his language and his attitudes toward them. That situation alone wasn't the best to come out from and he paid for it dearly for years but when he was being accepted back after his visible attempts to make up for that, I thought he actually learned something valuable out of this situation but when I learned of what he said to the rest of the wrestlers, it was proven to be otherwise. He didn't acknowledge let alone accept that he was being racist towards them but he actually said that they all should be careful what they say out there since there is always someone recording, instead of not visibly showing their discrimination against others openly or in private. That was a sorely inappropriate and tone-deaf statement to make! WOW ...!

No wonder the roster is divided in the middle, whereby some still gives him the benefit of the doubt and see his positive intention despite the definitely false advice and the rest just see through that inexplicable attempt of a apology and just see him as a racist that still doesn't know why he is in this position in the same place. I applaud some of them for giving rather diplomatic statement regarding this turn of event while I understand a few of them couldn't hide their frustration and anger during that meeting backstage. If he actually shows his face on the television screen for the first time in years after that controversial bombshell without properly showing his deepest regret to the WWE universe and showing that he actually learn from his mistake, I don't think I could see him in a positive light ever again ...

Fooh ... I feel better already!
