POP's wish list 012 miscellanous {horror} [pop culture]
I apologize for the oversight for the most recent entry into this segment whereby I forgot to include the very video that inspired me to do the DC list, which I went back to and included that video into the piece. So, please do visit his Youtube channel and watch his videos to support him, Franklyn FM McInnis. With his second video, here's my choices from his list for horror POPs:
This is one version of the famous nightmare fueled villain Freddy Krueger that stands out among others in my opinion. Super Freddy! Traits: Just look at him with that lightning and cape and hat ...
Viability: above 60% since he is still being highlighted recently ... will this be adapted next?
Patrick Bateman from American Psycho. It is more of a horror thriller but you won't have him in your house if you knew what he is capable of! Traits: This version with him in the raincoat and an ax in hand is synonymous with this film, surely would stand out in the collection.
Viability: above 70% as the mainstay of the current pop culture lexicon.
This is just too ridiculous to ignore. It looks cool at least! Traits: Hm ... it looks different from the original counterpart. We can track how low the franchise has gone. Viability: below 50% since it is such an infamous version of a classic horror icon ... will people buy it if it's out? That is the question.
You can't never overlook this iconic music video for Michael Jackson's Thriller if you're speaking of horror. He is way overdue for a Funko tribute and this is the perfect for an October release!
Traits: A perfect throwback with a unique wardrobe to represent the time.
Viability: above 90% since they're going down the list of musical icons, he'd be next on the line.
It is a simple design but the scene itself and how sinister she moves make her one of the most recognizable modern horror icons in recent years. This should be released as a movie moment whether climbing out of the well or most memorably out of the television set!
Traits: The signature reveal should stands out in its cutesy POP take.
Viability: above 70% as they always try to be current in their adaptation of pop cultures.
