[00.06]
"Because of who you are there will always be forces gathering against you."

A voice over telling the main character, Danny Rand, of his stature and the opposition it carries with it, followed the image of him meditating in a contemporary room in a familiar pose with an enemy brandishing a tomahawk just to emphasize his most physical and direct threat yet.

[00.14]
"Disguised as a friend, slipping past you as a stranger .. they are everywhere."
All three statements are followed by first a presumably wealthy couple possibly visiting Danny in the hospital (after his eventual rescue off of Tibet), second a sole girl coming out into the light with a distinct katana strapped to her back (possibly closely tied into the origin of his power) and lastly an ominous-looking guy looking over a giant aquarium while on the phone (possibly giving order to his underlings that are ... everywhere).

[00.24]
"If you choose to continue as you are, know that you risk everything."
Walking among the crowd and seeing the foreign world to him after being so long away and finally seeing the tower of his family to possibly regain what it his, followed by quick succession of scenes that was on his mind during meditation: the warmth of his mother's hand on the plane before the crash, him learning to meditate possibly in Tibet in his traditional training garb, him meditating again still in his long beard and mustache he grew there, finally waking up from his deep thoughts by uttering "it is time."

[00.35]
"The child ... touched by fire ... destined to be our greatest warrior."
Stranded on a snowy mountain while still strapped to the airplane chair unscathed, it was quickly followed with a shadowy figure hitting down his cane and Danny himself posing possibly in mid fight with sparks flying, saving a girl from an explosion, walking through an ongoing festival with a mask to determinedly to a destination, a passing look on the two monks that were his mentor and him then at the mountain and now in the city, and finally the first look of the iconic namesake: the glowing gold fist of the main protagonist in used on the screen as he punched through an enforced steel door.

[00.52]
"You are a living weapon ... drive all other thoughts out of your mind except this:"
With a damsel in distress captured by gang members (could be Japanese or Yakuza), he jumped into it still in his suits (probably stumbled into them unintentionally) and dispatched them easily with his martial prowess then dispatching an unarmed huge man in another scene. A tease of the girl earlier now fighting a large fighter in the cage handily, with quick cuts of him again flaunting his moves against two opponents interspersed with scene of him apprehending a man in suit in a crowded place inside a building, a woman touching his bare back that had his iconic tattoo then revealed to be the aforementioned katana stranger who fought with a wooden sword right after while another woman in a unique getup trying to stab him (possibly his main physical main threat that's at least on his level), as the trailer crescendoed with a familiar steel door flying off its hinges and the reveal of his tattoo that tied closely to the origin of his powers.

+ Highlights +
throwback tomahawk and katana would foreshadowed more brutal and classic fight sequences, the return of Madame Gao whom will have another prominent role against one of the Defenders, the possibility of hand-to-hand combat trademark hall fight scene with main focus on martial arts, the average build of Danny without being super buffed up

? Points of contention ?
meditating in a classic cross-legged position more in line with the martial arts origin than mere yoga, the stranger coming out of hiding into the limelight from the darkness into the light, bubble imagery filling the screen just like the forces around him, walking among the crowd and blending in seamlessly just showed he's just like the other normal people and had to look up to his family's symbol of power to see where he originated, him able to tune out the outside world when in meditation whether in the mountain or the city, the average build of him showed his abilities comes from the within instead of using his physical strengths and muscles, the logo made out of smoke probably as an imagery of incense used always in tangent of supernatural and this premise would be the same as well
- Lowlights -
the strength-based powers of the Defenders could be compared to each other and revealed their shallow abilities but they are the most diverse characteristically, playing to the stereotype of white savior of an Asian culture that was unfortunately ran rampart before that became the main setting of the original comic book run
