> Running Thread: WWE Cruiserweight Division

0. Cedric Alexander, Sin Cara & Lince Dorado vs Tony Nese, Drew Gulak & Daivari [Pre-Show Kick-off 6-Man Tag Team Match]

Buildup = 00%

After a strong debut in the summer, the dwindling spotlight on the division were caused by the lack of storyline they could follow through with the purpose of winning the CWC tournament pushed them before was now gone and not replace with anything valid they could strive for.
Nevertheless, every cruiserweight wrestler in the ring is able to put on a dazzling performance to at least excite the audiences before the main cards with the babyfaces having being pushed more than the heels in the RAW shows recently, the latter would only come out on top to put them over the more celebrated former.

Stake = 60% to 40%
 {letting the babyfaces shines more the most < putting the heels over with the show of dominance}

+ all the wrestlers flaunt their abilities when they are required to
- the non existent storyline for the rest of the wrestlers not in the title contention

Best outcome: the babyfaces came out on top after intense fight with the heels
Worst outcome: both teams putting out their best performances but the heels cheat to win to get over them

(70% chance of Cedric Alexander winning by pin fall after his finishing move, Rating = 4/5, Duration = just about 10 minutes, +1 for a possible highly entertaining and stiff match despite being a non-event)

-

> Running Thread: the Rise of Bailey and the Variable of Dana Brooke

1. Bayley vs Dana Brooke

Buildup = 55%

Having a baptism by fire and failing some of the vital heel moments (the botched slap and the botched leg on the rope), Dana's most recent botch on failing to gain leverage on her pin (by putting her leg on the rope) forced the writing team to work in the injured shoulder angle into the storyline, letting Bayley being bullied more and more until her (hopefully) eventual win of this match despite the odds against her.
Being held back to lead the NXT women's division despite the rest of the Horsewomen being brought up into the main roster well before hers, she had to be sidelined to let the more established wrestlers', Sasha and Charlotte, feud come to its natural conclusion and while her inclusion into the title contention would be a delight to see, her current persona of an underdog overcoming adversary suits her best and Dana should be the first step in her climb towards the championship.

Stake = 75% to 25%
 {getting her just dessert of a deserved win in a PPV < giving her the opportunity to make up for her mistakes}

+ Bayley's solid performance and natural selling of her injury
- the less convincing heel in Brooke and her constant botching

Best outcome: Bayley won convincingly over Dana
Worst outcome: Brooke won by cheating

(75% chance of Bayley winning by pin fall [Bayley to Belly], Rating = 3.5/5, Duration = a tough 10 minutes for Bayley, +1 for an entertaining match between a hated heel and an always lovable babyface)

-

> Running Thread: the Ultimate Babyfaces vs Ultimate Heels

2. Enzo & Big Cass vs Gallows & Anderson

Buildup = 40%

The stumbling buildup for their championship match with the New Day forced the Club members to restart from the ground up, and who better to be their next main opponents than the fan-favorite Enzo and Big Cass that just came down from main eventing RAW with the Universal Champion and Chris Jericho. Reverting back to their effective bully image and going far away from the horrendous 'ball' angle, this feud would build both teams' reputation in the eyes of the fans as they would give their all in the ring.

Stake = 40% to 60%
 {the best duo strengthening reputation as the ultimate babyfaces < building up the main threat for the title}

+ reverting back to the bully image for the Club members, the always solid babyfaces team
- the lopsided buildup between the two teams, injury prone Enzo

Best outcome: the heels coming out on top after a hard scuffle
Worst outcome: the babyfaces won fair and square and bury the heels more

(60% chance of Anderson winning by pin fall after cheating, Rating = 4/5, Duration = just over 10 minutes of back and forth brawk, +1 for the solid and entertaining match)

-

> Running Thread: WWE Cruiserweight Championship

3. T.J. Perkins /Cruiserweight Champion\ vs Brian Kendrick

Buildup = 70%

Since the Championship is the only valid goal the wrestlers could go for in the division, the two main players for the title had the spotlight solely on them and able to flesh out the storyline between them as the veteran challenger leading the experienced newcomer into the fold with the former's arrogant established character serves a good contrast against the latter's more naive outlook. The direction they were going with this particular feud is interesting to say the least and it would be nicely concluded in this title match.

Stake = 40% to 60%
{keep the hold that much longer and giving the title more credence and prestige < the heel winning and giving the title to the more deserving individual who could believably hold on to the title for months to come}

+ the always awe-inspiring performances in the ring
- the more wooden and put upon persona of the champion compared to the veteran challenger, the unbelievable old angle when put into consideration the other wrestlers still on the roster (i.e. almost 50 Kane!)

Best outcome: Brian Kendrick won by a cheating heel move after a gruelling stalemate
Worst outcome: T.J. Perkins keep his hold on the title with a fair win

(60% chance of Brian Kendrick winning by pin fall after cheating, Rating = 4.5/5, Duration = a highly entertaining 15+ minutes, +1 for a solid representation of the Division)

-

> Running Thread: WWE RAW Tag Team Championship

4. the New Day /Raw Tag Team Champion\ vs Cesaro & Sheamus

Buildup = 75%

With the Demolition's record still to be broken by the New Day, the trio's journey into history would not be stopped short by the makeshift team up of the Swiss and the Irish although their pairings have been entertaining so far. Having two essentially babyface teams (sans Sheamus) fighting each other might be a problem but not when it's all about the unity of the New Day against the clashing of the two egos and with the latter's lack of cooperation would ultimately be their downfall, the match would at least be a delight to watch.

Stake = 70% to 30%
 {going for the record all the way, baby! < a surprise hold of the title for the odd couple}

+ the interactions between the two teams and the clashing chemistry between the bald and the mohawk
- the whimper ending for the stalemate, the waste of potential of Cesaro who should be in the Universal title contention

Best outcome: the New Day came out on top after enough beating by the duo
Worst outcome: the trio shockingly defeated just short of the record

(70% chance of the New Day winning by pin fall after a team finisher, Rating = 4/5, Duration = over 12+ minutes of tag team goodness, +1 for the duo putting up a good fight against the trio)

-

> Running Thread: WWE US Championship

5. [Roman Reigns /US Champion\ vs Rusev]
inside Hell in a Cell

Buildup = 100%

Having to bounce back after the setback he put himself in, the harmless turned personal feud between him and Rusev especially after the title changed hands at the recent Clash of Champions. Their interactions with each other are coming to a fitting end as they give their all and fight to their limits fittingly in the confines of the Hell in a Cell. The Samoan should be primed to hold the title for the foreseeable future as the Bulgarian Brute would move on to better things, even hopefully going for the Universal championship.

Stake = 60% to 40%
 {the Real American keep his hold on title and continuing its legacy that the Bulgarian had been keeping up for so long > giving back the title to its former owner and letting him start his reign all over again}

+ the effective storyline between these two beasts, the potential all-out brawl this feud has been building up to in the Cell
- the ending of a brutally entertaining feud, Lana serving as an eyecandy despite 'the Women Revolution'

Best outcome: the Samoan came out on top after both of them giving their all in the Cell
Worst outcome: the Bulgarian buried the American and start his reign again

(60% chance of Roman Reigns winning by pin fall [after a decisive Spear], Rating = 4.5/5, Duration = almost 20+ minutes of pure all-out brawl and show of strength, +1 for putting their bodies on the line for the entertainment of others)

-

> Running Thread: WWE Universal Championship

6. [Kevin Owens /Universal Champion\ vs Seth Rollins]
inside Hell in a Cell

Buildup = 80%

It is unfortunate that Chris Jericho couldn't be in contention for the title as he was the standout in this particular storyline between the Champion and the pursuing challenger with the chemistry between the two heels couldn't mask the less than successful turn of Seth into a babyface and imperfect buildup for this 'main event'. Giving us a repeat of the matchup from last RAW's PPV but now in the Cell would not alleviate the fear of it being the least important battle in the steel structure of the evening and since Universal Champion has been lauded as the main title of the show, that is saying something.

Stake = 60% to 40%
 {the Brawler win convincingly but with the help of Jericho > Jericho caused his 'best friend' the title}

+ the chemistry between KO and Jericho, the variable that is Jericho, the probable foreboding cloud of Triple H coming down again
- the uncomfortable babyface Rollins

Best outcome: Kevin Owens wins the title but Jericho finally wants a piece of the action
Worst outcome: Chris costing Kevin his title and the former 'best friends' had to fight each other sans the belt @ Triple H came out to cause unneeded chaos again

(60% chance of Owens winning by pin fall [with devastating Powerbomb on a table or steel stair], Rating = 4.5/5, Duration = solid 15+ minutes of action, +1 for the arrival of Jericho)

> Running Thread: WWE RAW Women's Championship

7. Sasha Banks /Raw Women's Championship\ vs Charlotte

Buildup = 100%

How far they have come from their developmental times in NXT to now making history as the first women's match inside the Hell in a Cell and hopefully potentially at the same time main eventing a major Pay-Per-View. The matches they have put on together has been phenomenal and Charlotte's corkscrew moonsault served as the perfect representation of both of their potentials in the ring. With the deserving historic matchup in the the Cell they single-handedly built up and worked for, there's no word to describe what they could achieve in and outside of the structure and let themselves show it to you as the Main Event of the PPV regardless of the position of the match.

Stake = 65% to 35%
 {Sasha Banks retain the title with the wrestler of the night performance > Charlotte holds the title again for the third time}

+ the impeccable chemistry between the two performers, the higher gravity they give to the Women Division, the potential match of the night matchup, the possibility of them bleeding in the Cell
- the mounting pressure to represent the Division as the best. Vince McMahon afraid to give these women their deserved Main Event spot of the night despite the overwhelming support

Best outcome: Sasha Banks came out the winner of the best match of the night
Worst outcome: Charlotte gained the title back after cheating but still in the best match of the night

(65% chance of Sasha Banks winning by submission [with the Bank Statement], Rating = 5/5, Duration = solid 20+ minutes of pure skill and style, +1 for a match worthy for the main event for a PPV)

"A history in the making for the Women Division with the rest of them taking a backseat."
