Design 096 [design] <wardrobe> TMNT's April O'Neil [pop culture]

Straightforward design for the cap and the turtle logo at the back is a must just to give it a little more colour while paying tribute to the series. That hairdo does not work as much as I intended but the microphone is only for the die hard fans.
