Today I Learned #004 Seasons & Spices | July 12th, 2022

Oh.

Do you remember the last post on the fluffy coatings for the fried chickens?

Did you try it and how did they taste?

... Bland, right?

Right.

That's what I learned first when I used plain old plain flour for the coating.

Now I know why there's premade chicken coatings out there already pre-seasoned with spices and peppers.

So, lesson learned!

Please season your flour before the coating process, okay?
