+ Positives +
The beautiful and sleek animation that's in the same veins of CG movies would make it at least look familiar to the younger demography hence making it easier for them to relate to the topic at hand.

Minimalist in its approach in telling the story, the animators smartly use the convention of the medium i.e. the anthropomorphized heart and cartoonishly expressive faces to convey the characters' feelings towards another (and each other) ... making it as easy for kids to understand as possible.
? Main contention ?
Sexuality is a delicate and sensitive subject but children need to learn from early on that what they feel towards another individual whether the opposite sex or the same is perfectly normal and they should not be embarrassed about it ... this little short would help.
- Negatives -
It is heartbreaking that gay/lesbian relationship is still viewed as taboo and even a crime in some parts of the world even though it is just human nature to fall in love with somebody else no matter sex (or religion or ethnicity for that matter) in today's more understanding age.

Lesson Learned:
Do not ignore or squash down that skip in your heart that you have for another person, no matter the sex, the religion, the race or ethnicity.
