Hm... It's been awhile, right...? The narrator as well as the adventurer both take a breath at the same time, the former is keeping quiet while the latter decide to postpone the reward for now, so to speak. As soon as they nod in confirmation to follow their statement just now, the almost shapeless constellation of colours in front of them are starting to dissolve into thin air and what follows is the reemergence of what appears to be the same scenery that they were just in before, minus the bird, of course. A slight hiccup though is there's only the outline of the familiar ledge... while the colours have been drained out of all the surroundings. The narrator quips that it's probably just a minor side effect from the encounter just now, so they could wait to see if it would wear off. Or not, I'm not your maker! A bit overblown there but the adventurer understand the intention, but they could still just keep on going across the ledge and see if it would return to normal with them a little further down the road, or rather path. Wait a bit or walk right way? Decide now. Tick... Tock.

Wait or walk? Decisions, decisions. In the end, they decided to...?
