Design 183 459 [design] <wardrobe> Dragon Ball's Chi Chi {in colour} [pop culture]

It could've gone without the stitching of the lower half of the helmet there but everything else looks peachy. Using black nets to expose or at least make the hair visible could be it's unique standout design.
