Design 116 [design] <wardrobe> Tales from the Borderlands' Fiona [pop culture]

Yeah... didn't work as much as I had hoped, trying to include her outfit as well as her scar and highlighted hair at the bill there. It looked too busy, but maybe not too much when it's fully coloured in... right?
