Better be Safe than Sorry

The pain was intense, and then continued into the night... it subsided day by day and so did the swelling. It's still here though, without any of the pain thankfully. As I'd mentioned before, the one time I didn't wore my sport shoes was the day I twisted my ankle yet again. Really surprised by how quick it swelled up like that! Just look at it!
