Yeah, it's Shadow Moon played by Ricky Whittle from the most recent adaptation of Neil Gaiman's beloved novel American Gods on the Starz channel.

If you haven't seen it, please do but keep in mind if you're not familiar with the original premise and material, it might be a bit much to consume and understand in one sitting, especially in the hands of Hannibal fame Bryan Fuller.

Regarding the image itself, I can't get the colour of his skin right and my attempt to add more definition to his face made him look older instead of more defined. Well, lesson learned!
