In the irreverent spirit of fun that made “The LEGO® Movie” a worldwide phenomenon, the self-described leading man of that ensemble – LEGO Batman – stars in his own big-screen adventure. But there are big changes brewing in Gotham, and if he wants to save the city from The Joker’s hostile takeover, Batman may have to drop the lone vigilante thing, try to work with others and maybe, just maybe, learn to lighten up.

(Producer Phil Lord & Chris Miller (the LEGO Movie), Director Chris McKay (Robot Chicken & co-director of the LEGO Movie), Rating PG, Genre - Adventure, Animation, Comedy, LEGO Universe)
"Following up to the surprise hit debut of the LEGO Movie with this spinoff Batman movie that would be a great contrast to the recent darker iteration with a lighter take and tone of the character that would entertain the kids and adults alike."

~ After the surprise hit debut of the LEGO Movie a couple of years ago, this spinoff off of one of the standout characters would present the rich lore and characters from the Batman Universe in the same entertaining and lighter vein of the LEGO Universe
+ An established actor and voice actor that is the main variable in this sure-hit formula that has the added burden to followup the original movie and running the risk of oversaturation of the bat vigilante in this medium which could be allayed with this particular lighter take and tone of the source material
+ Two recently released teasers are an excellent indications of how the movie would play out, with quirky humor and colorful action at full display even at the expense of Batman himself sometimes, providing the chance to poke fun at the usually serious titular character and his background
