~ An aftermath of the recent Avengers' incident that has been accumulating against the superhero team, they have been handed the Sokovia Accords, a Registration Act made by the United Nations to make the superheroes accountable of their actions, forcing a decision out of each of them and tearing the team apart away from and against each other
~ With this ongoing conflict taking into consideration of their idealism and sense of responsibility, the return of an old friend of Captain America who was a mind-controlled assassin forces him to pick a side and support his comrade despite his prior criminal records, reluctantly being in the cross hair of his former best friend, Iron Man, while the remnants of Hydra is staying in the shadows and pulling the strings out of the world's spotlight by using the current situation to their advantage
~ A new ensemble of the Avengers being forced to clash against one another after a tumultuous journey together despite their differences, forcing a change of dynamic between them with the old and the new all in the mix, with Tony Stark leading with his technology while Steve Rodgers leading with his experience, leaving the newcomer Spider-Man up for question of his purpose here
+/- With a slower beat than the first trailer, a recap on the major incidents the Avengers were a part in and its repercussion, laying down the main storyline of the movie despite the absence of the main villains (apart from Crossbones) as more scenes are being released with them appeared to be in sequence
+/- Although the reveal of a certain webslinger could have been hold off even until the movie is out, it is understandable to feature him in the trailer just to show to the unknown masses his recent inclusion in the universe but the nature of the reveal itself (i.e. the new suit and voice of a teenage Spider-Man) leaves the die-hard fans divisive on their acceptance (off of a full second look and its subsequent still images)
