My first for the year! | Journal

Dear Diary #135 | March 12th, 2024

I suffered my first leg cramp, more specifically my left calf, in my sleep I should specify a bit more.

Being woken up by that pain that couldn't be ignored and just had to power through it until it subsided away...

The lingering aftereffect was still there almost until the next day... thankfully it didn't affect my morning jog much so that's something positive.
