News 003 WWE's Brand Split or Extension & Draft

WWE's Second Brand Split/ Extension & Draft [Summer 2016]
Chance of Success =  75%

(WWE Channel, Rating - TV-PG, Founded 02211980, Episodes >>, Founders Vince & Linda McMahon, Duration - 2 hrs 15+ mnts, Genre - Wrestling, Action, Drama, Comedy, WWE Universe, Violence)

Why
> giving more opportunity for every wrestler to take the chance to reach the top and be legen (and be legendary wrestlers) and lights the fire under the talents in the development phase who hasn't been called up into the main roster although there are a number of prime candidates (i.e. Finn Balor & Shinsuke Nakamura)
 > providing more variety to an increasingly stale product from a company who is resting on their laurels (especially if compared with more independent promotions i.e. Lucha Underground & TNA) by injecting new and fresh ideas to shake the proven but worn foundation
 > the (honestly purely) business decision to revitalize the lesser show, SmackDown!, is a blessing in disguise for the wrestlers in the roster to fight for the now available spots on each respective show's card, giving the spotlight to the deserving performers and stopping the inevitable releases of some who got lost in the shuffle (i.e. Damien Sandow & Cody Rhodes)
 > providing opportunities for former WWE wrestlers, veterans and old favourites to return for their last hurrah in supporting roles of younger prospects or even main performers (i.e. Bob Backlund & possibly Kurt Angel w American Alpha)
 > more breathing space to try to stand tall among the other competitors who would genuinely put their best performance to fight for the consumer's time in the face of the healthy, friendly competition within the company, with the rather demanding duration of each show could be forcing the viewers to choose one over another while they push each other to be better and give the writers more opportunity to provide more cohesive and engaging storylines

Should
+ try giving a fair roster split a go between both shows (i.e. split between the new era & the established superstars or having the same exact wrestlers on each side) with each shows have their own PPVs each month while paving the way for dream match ups between the indies with the legends in the big four PPVs
+ the subplots could be the exclusive division on each show (i.e. Cruiserweight & Women Division) or the old versus the new and rising stars with the big two championship belts (WWE & Tag Team Championship) floating over both shows while the other titles (Intercontinental, US & Women) could be kept on each show respectively
+ try to appeal to both casual and harcore fans, appealing to everyone in different ways (i.e. trying to bring the edge from the yesteryears while keeping in mind the family-friendly values as of late)

Shouldn't
- arbitrarily split the entire roster in the middle without any proper outlook or vision for the future
- repeat their most recent unsuccessful draft attempt by undermining the inferior show with an a weaker roster on the page with less important titles
